- District Offices values the opportunity to work with referrals from the brokerage community. We know how hard you work to find your clients and we commit to taking care of your client while rewarding you with a 10% referral fee for any referrals that sign an agreement with us.
- We have 4 fabulous DC locations which offer various office sizes and configurations. We can accommodate teams from 1-100 with the ability to quickly get your client in the workspace of their choice…for one week, one year, or longer.
- We will reward you with a 10% referral fee based on the contract value for the first 12 months. For any renewals where the broker is involved, we will pay a 3% referral fee based on the contract value.
